Need to update TCDC information on your practice, facility or service?
Here's how:
- Have your ID number and password handy
- Click on the link to your Information Update Form and enter your ID and password
- Forgot your ID or password? Follow the instructions on your form to reset your password, or e-mail us at tcdc@txcancer.org for assistance.
Who needs to update their information?
TCDC is a Web-based reference tool for individuals and health professionals to find out about cancer services, resources and more. We're a free resource for the public, sponsored by the Texas Cancer Council (a state agency) and The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
Cancer service providers, such as physicians, hospitals, clinics, home health agencies and support groups, provide their information to us, and we keep the Web site updated. Annually, we mail a letter reminding service providers to update their information. We provide an ID number and password to use to update their information every year - or any time their information changes.
