Texas Cancer Council Projects
The Texas Cancer Council's focus is on three top priorities:
prevention education, promote and facilitate cancer services,
and resources for cancer prevention and control. Each Council-funded
initiative (project) must address one or more of these areas.
While Texas Cancer Council initiatives
address a broad range of needs, they fall primarily under
the following categories: Public Education, Professional Education,
Early Detection, Information and Referral, and Access to Care/Quality
of Life.
